Ambitious, Brave, Compassionate.

A school with an Adventurous mindset Adventure is at the heart of a Dauntsey's education - students are encouraged to push beyond their comfort zone and try new things. Jolie Brise is our very own tall ship which all students experience, teaching teamwork, resilience, bravery and leadership - and supporting academic learning. Set in 150 acres of beautiful countryside Students have the room and freedom to explore their surroundings. Sports are plentiful, with impressive grounds and facilities. The grounds also provide a fantastic base for the Third Form Outdoor Adventure Programme, Moonrakers. Rooted in tradition, but driven by innovation Dauntsey’s was first founded in 1542 and is a school with a fascinating history. That said, it is constantly looking to embrace new ideas and move forward with the times. The school has had many new developments and continued investment, but the ethos and spirit of the school remain true to its origins.
