Our boarding: We have six boarding houses and accept students in boarding from Year 3. Junior boarding is in cosy, single sex, dormitories of four, whilst older students are housed in single sex boarding houses in spacious dormitories and twin rooms. Sixth Formers have their own single rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our facilities: Recent investment of over £25 million means our students benefit from superb facilities including two swimming pools, two gyms, two astro-pitches, two dance studios, two fashion and design studios, a state of the art performing arts centre anda rowing club. All this supports our extraordinary extra-curricular programme that we call The Monmouth 100. Our academics: Strong academic results are at the heart of everything we do and over 50% of our students will attend either Oxbridge or Russell Group universities. In addition, some will go to US universities while others will take up career-based apprenticeships. Our dedicated pastoral care system is complemented by comfortable boarding houses, limited to 40 students. A diverse British and international community fosters strong friendships and a wonderful sense of belonging. Sixth Form boarders benefit from excellent facilities, including private rooms and ensuite bathrooms, providing a supportive and enriching environment for personal growth. Our fully co-ed school blends modern education with tradition. Founded on academic excellence and exemplary pastoral care, we have developed our four ‘pillars’: Performing Arts, Design and Textiles, Sport & Outdoor Education, and Sustainability. Professor Jimmy Choo, as patron of our Design & Textiles pillar, offers guidance and access to the Jimmy Choo Academy in London.
