Shrewsbury School is a full boarding school based on a beautiful 110 acre campus site. We believe that the development of the whole person is best pursued though exposure to a full range of academic challenge, expert pastoral care, a wealth of co-curricular opportunity, rich cultural and intellectual extension and the shared experience of living and learning together. Our musical programme is extremely strong, with the opportunity for pupils to pursue their individual studies to a very high standard and with a range of ensembles which include our Symphony Orchestra, Big Band, Jazz Band, and chamber music groups. Additionally, the Chapel Choir went on tour to Vienna this year. Our boys’ football is extremely strong, and we are very proud that our 1st XI are national champions, having won the ESFA Cup &nal this year. Girls’ football is also developing fast, and in all sports (including basketball, badminton, tennis and athletics/cross country) we run school and house teams that provide opportunity for pupils of all abilities.

Shrewsbury International School in Hong Kong opened in 2018, and we have an active parents’ association, the Friends of Shrewsbury School Hong Kong (FSSHK)."
